I am on the board of our HOA and we finally voted on and approved to order (4) 20' speed bumps. I searched online the next 2 days to find the best place to order from. When I found Speed Bumps and Humps I was happy to see the competitive pricing. When I called to get more info, the person that I spoke to ( I forgot her name) was very friendly and knowledgeable.

The speed bumps arrived within 5 days via semi truck. The first one took about an hour to install and the other three only took about 20 minutes each after we got a process going. We will definitely order our future speed bumps from Speed bumps and Humps.

Returns and Exchanges
If not satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned within 30 days for exchange or refund. The customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways and a restocking charge of 20% will be added. Returns after 90 days from ship date will not be accepted.

If you would like to exchange or return a product, please email or contact customer service for return instructions. Products cannot be shipped back without return authorization from customer service. All exchanged and returned merchandise must be in original factory condition for credit to be issued. Custom, personalized, and clearance products may not be returned.

Any merchandise returned without a return authorization number will cause your credit to be delayed or denied. Please return product freight prepaid. No COD or Freight Collect shipments will be accepted.

Damage During Shipping
Occasionally damage occurs during shipping. Please remember to complety inspect your products for visible and hidden damage. Please do not skip this step! It is important to note any damage on the Bill of Lading before you and the driver sign off on the shipment. All packaging and paperwork should be kept until the inspection process is completed. Please contact our Customer Service department for return/replacement instructions. Damage and shortage claims must be reported within 10 days of delivery.
